Our company sees itself as a real estate project development service provider. We have been active on the market since 2022.The name "blueREI" describes our corporate philosophy. "blue" stands for future-oriented planning,To build,economics and management. The color "blue" is inspired by the economic model of the "blue economy", which asFurther development of the "red" and "green economy" neither mindlessly the finite resources of the planetexploitsstill pursues ecologically important goals without economic viability. Innovative business models are inable to bring competitive products and services to market that meet needsandat the same time create social capital and enable a life in harmony with nature. The Blue Economy fulfilledeveryone's needs with what is available and introduces innovations inspired by nature. Transferon the real estate industry, the exploitation process moves from a linear understanding to a cyclical, evolutionary and regenerative model with the aim of satisfying the needs of the users and at the same time uniting themto create ecological added value of a property, location or urban quarter. as a quasi-autonomous elementof the city, the property does not live at the expense of the city and the environment, but makes a contribution to their quality,Optimization or regeneration.

When planning and designing real estate projects, we focus on serious and sustainable value creation. The entire life cycle of the property is included, since the results of initial decisions are difficult to correct later. Thanks to the expertise and many years of experience of our team, we can influence and accompany the entire life cycle of a property in the long term. We offer our investors transparency, security and independence as well as a high degree of individuality and flexibility by combining all the processes of a real estate investment under one roof.

Through our far-reachingIndustry network, we identify trends in the real estate market at an early stage, react to them quickly and flexibly and thus ensure the profitability of your investment. When it comes to renting or leasing the projected objects, we primarily address users from medium-sized companies, but also large “corporates”. BlueREI is active throughout Germany and globally and has a constantly updated network of contacts with foreign business partners
and investors.

Expertise through approx. 50 real estate transactions totaling €1.5 billion in all asset classes and European markets, specialization in ESG investments for several years.
